I purchased a ticket for the show online. When can my ticket be used?
Adult tickets for the show are good for any one day of the show (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
I'm unable to find my tickets.

Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on our website to save money and avoid a line at the box office. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office, located near the entrance to the show.
What is the cost to attend?

What forms of payment do you accept?
Tickets may be purchased online using major credit cards. Tickets may also be purchased near the show entrance at the Box Office using major credit cards only. We do not accept cash.
Is parking available?
Yes, paid parking is available at one of the downtown parking garages near the Raleigh Convention Center. See below for a discount parking offer from Secure Parking.
Can I purchase products at the show?
Yes, many exhibitors sell their products or contract for services on-site at the show, often at a discount. Ask individual exhibitors for details.
Are food and refreshments available?
Yes, there is a concession during show hours where snacks and beverages can be purchased. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside.
Does the facility have wheelchair access?
Yes, but the facility does not have wheelchairs available for public use.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers are welcome in all areas of the show floor.
Are pets allowed at the show?
Pets are not allowed; however, service animals are permitted.
